Starting his career in 2005 as a Trainee Merchandiser at the Swedish-based OPS Limited, he quickly gained foundational expertise in merchandising and factory operations. Later that year, he joined Starlight Sweaters Limited, part of Labib Group, as an Assistant Merchandiser, where he managed key accounts, including Hegler (Germany), Keepout (Turkey), Movitex (France), Ellos (Sweden), and OVS (Italy) from 2005 to 2011.

In 2010, he ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing FNP Apparels Limited, a Knit-Oven factory serving Hellenic (Sweden), Numph A/S (Denmark), and Keepout (Turkey). Simultaneously, he founded Auric Sourcing BD, a buying house based in Uttara, Dhaka, further expanding his footprint in the apparel industry.

He also served Global Knitwear Limited as a Marketing Director, leveraging his strategic expertise in branding and business development.

Currently, as Founder and Managing Director, he leads Auric Sourcing BD (Bangladesh) and Auric Textiles Trading SPS LLC (UAE), driving global apparel sourcing and textile innovation with a commitment to quality and market expansion.
